Hi! I dont know why you cant print full wrap but settings r right. about 190c for 190 sec. 11oz mug template should have about 9.5cmx22cm for full wrap. It may sounds stupis but is your press hot enough when you placeing the mug in?

thanx

yeah...im using Signal as well. I take it no one else uses it no?

To me the print seems awfully saturated as in lots of ink!

My template was 8x3.5" i think the height is to much and im chopping off .25" now.

Is Trupix th sub-dye preffered choice then?

cheers
D.

sorry for the hijack thread, im getting mixed results too.

i prefer truepix myself some use texprint but quality always is best .what do you mean by saturated is this on the paper or after you have printed the mug? if its on the paper check what paper type you have selected in your printer it should be matt really if its after the mug is printed play around with the settings and pressures . Ive just uploaded a lesson in general chat which may help you

Is your mug wrap tight enough and holding the paper against the mug all the way around?

I wonder if your heat is being drawn away by the handle mass - acting like a heat sink if you know what I mean.

Perhaps increase the heat in one of your attempts.
