hi,
question as in title

I've got some polo-shirts with small vinyl logos on. unfortunately customer never paid :/
just thinking if someone has got some advice how to remove them ??

Yes it's basically "Dichloromethane" (Methylene Chloride) you can buy it from MDP for sure . They probably just call it vinyl remover.

BTW WOTEVER you do DONT sniff it!! As it says all over ot but that is exactly the stipind thing that I did. Very unpleasant and will burn the hairs in your nostrils

The spray's pretty good it removes the vinyl well but it does leave a redsidue in the shape of what was printed so you will need to print over the top with more vinyl
