Nigel - are you selecting 'load with carrier' as an option and making sure the paper is on a carrier?

Doing this makes sure the paper is taken in futher to allow the eye to read the registration marks.

Hi Adam, yep paper's on the carrier.
The machine reads the registration marks ok then when i press ok to cut it pushes the paper forward and then says reload !!!!

strange

Hi Nigel - not wanting to send you away from this fine forum in anyway but there is a forum called UK Scrappers that have hundreds of Robo users - you may see your answer there ....................... but if you do get an answer can you let us know just in case anyone else experiences the same problem.

i put a black boarder around it and mentally i think it was the cutting line ..............................god i'm so embarrassed

thanks for your feed back

note:to self items to be cut need a cutting line xxxxxxxxx

glad all is sorted - it's also good when you know it's human error and not the machines at fault ;-)
