Morning....
Im trying to save a PSD file as a JPEG in photoshop....but for some reason Im getting "unable to save due to programme error" only with one file though....?
Has anyone come across this before?

I take it you're in photoshop Lee?
File ->
-------save as ->
-----------------change format to jpeg ->
----------------------------------------- name and save ->
should work ............................ ?

yeah............and no.............thats how i usually do it.......but i get that error..........only with 1 file though..........could it be corrupt in some way?

Have you got the image open in photoshop at the moment? If so and it will save 'as' another photoshop filename then there's no problem with the file but with the process/method you're using to save the file.
If you cannot open the file in photoshop and are trying to convert it another way then it probably is corrupt.

Is psd file flat? or is contain layers?

How about to flaten picture first and then try to save it.

tried that - no joy.......but shouldnt have to really.......it kinda does it for you doesnt it...
