Might be an obvious answer to this...I hope! but I thought I'd ask on here to try and speed things up a bit.
My 1400 seems to be printing to one side, tried different software and it keeps doing it:frown:
Looks fine on screen, tried fit to page and other things but nothing helps.
Anyone got a quick and easy solution to this please!?!?!

Changed papers size to A4 and it works fine...uhm

It was probably set to print letter by default

No-one and ideas here? Need to get an A3 printed tonight and just can't work this one out. Tried printing from a different PC, new driver etc. but still prints to the side so it must be something to do with the printer itself surely?

Is it set to US Letter A3, i.e. 11 inch x 17 inch rather than International A3 of 297mm x 420mm?

Nope, everything's as it usually is...A3 297x420 etc. I have the settings all saved as default. Installed on the other PC with basic settings just to check.

I'd suspect the driver, personally. How did it fare on the other PC?
Just out of curiosity, have you tried building a custom A3 size in Print Server Properties and seeing what happens when using that size?

Same probs on other PC, tried changing paper sizes
