DSF

Ive hooked it up as usual, hit print as usual, the print dialogue box opens showing the job, then it deletes itself...........! Help! Does anyone know what this could be please?

Has it been unplugged from the PC? If so, the port may have changed.

Thanks Justin - a full reboot and its sorted! Phew!!!

USB isn't as Universal as you'd think - swapping ports often confuses it with scanners and printers.

I did have my dx3800 hooked up inbetween, but thankfully the rebot cured it!
