Hi,

I have got 15 t shirts to do with a green and white logo that is attached.

What is the best way to do this? Will it need to be 2 layers the same size, white on the bottom and green on the top?

If there is 2 layers, what will the press time per layer?

I would press a square of green then press the white.

I've always used the recommended press time for each layer.

whats the colour of tees mate? If white then only vinyl. If other colour of tees then i would use flock to do that. Grean first then white inside the letters.

Would you put a green square down first then lay the letters on that, or would you cut the letters out of the green and put the white letters inside?

green first mate. Otherwis it would be bagger to line it up

Btw. Whats your vinyl? Flex or flock?

Having thought about it again, if you put a rectangle of white down first and then press the green "stencil cut" layer on top then there'd be no alignment of the letters to do so should be a quicker, easier job.

would white squere not be visible??? flock is quite thick.

He's using vinyl so would probably get away with it.
A trial on some scrap fabric would see.

I'd put the green down first then line up the white ontop. Putting white block down first will give you visible overlaps. Wouldn't be too hard to put reg/guide marks on the white.
