Does anyone have advice on Dwell times for Fabric Mousemats, Placemats and Coasters?

Just aquired an A4 Press, along with a few supplies from Lovecut .

Fabric Mousemats - 200 / 30 secs / Light Pressure
Hardboard Placemats/Coasters - 200 / 50 secs / light Pressure.
