I have got no blue coming through at all at the moment on this printer, which i use pigment ink in, i have done a couple of cleans, but now think i need to clean the blue bit individually as i am wasting a lot of other colour ink when i dont need to.
how do you clean the actual head, manually ? do i need anything special ? is there a guide to cleaning them.
thanks in advance

Don't think it's possible to clean a single head on that printer unless there is some 3rd party system out there.

Bugger, it looks like its the chip box that is at fault, i now cant even nozzle check or print clean, as the epson wont recognise the cartridges, looks like a call to continuous ink systems

Hi Laura! you can clean your head
with this 3rd party cleaning system. you can clean whatever had you want. or all of them. I just bought this for my R285.
