I've been asked if I can produce some ID cards with a photo, including plastic holder & lanyard, a quick google search and it seems these are mostly done on a dedicated thermal printer but I wondered if there was a dye sub id card available, anybody done these either dye sub or on an inkjet printer.

thanks

Jason

you could make them like a normal business card then laminate them
other than that lots of ppl use a plastic business card printer i saw some on ebay when i was looking for my business card printer
but because they only print plastic it wasn't what i wanted

Depends on how much they expect to pay and how many they need.

I use the aliminium business cards, in particular to a local football league club :)

never looked at the prices as the enquiry from Jason was so vague "some ID cards" could be a few, or a few 1000
