if so what did you use
is the dye sub ink fade proof

I've had Unisub products in direct sunlight before with good results but I'm guessing it would be better if they were coated with a protective spray of some kind.

Steve, I've done oval ceramic plaques before with pictures on for putting on Graves, they last a few years, but as Justin said, they really need to UV coated with a protective laquer or similar. I think after that they will last a bit longer but still wont last a great deal of time........would like to hear different though if anyone knows :-)

Done a few aluminium farm/house signs with pictures and writing, exelent results. Didn't bother to coat them due to cost, customer decided if they fade just replace them, That was three years ago and they are still fine. I think one uv spray is frog juice or something like that.
