Hi,
I cant seem to find much info about edible inks, refill cartridges to go with them and types of printers.

i would prefer to use an epson printer if pos and i understand it must be a new printer.

can anybody give me some info on which printers work with these inks and if you can use refillable or ciss systems with them

do the inks need a profile?

thanks

BMS supply them http://www.printerowners.co.uk/edible-i ... ridges.htm
I'm sure Martin will be able to answer any questions you have on this, he owns the company

No profiles needed.
Only Canon printers supported and currently new Canon printers using the pig-520 and cli-521 cartridges.
I believe you can buy ciss on eBay for several Canon printers.

Isn't it odd that no profiles are needed for edible inks, yet they are for sublimation inks? Makes me think that the makers of edible inks put more effort into getting their inks to match OEM than the main manufacturer of sublimation ink does.
