Yes Elaine - just off the top of my head, how about sublimation wood in all sorts of shapes?

You could have cars, trains, hot air balloons, animals, various shapes from circles to squares to rectangles.

All of these bits of wood would have a surface that is 'coated' to allow anything from signs, clocks, keyhooks etc to be sublimated and made to the customers preference.

That's just off the top of my head

Ideas will be collected and talked in the development team.

The wood products, we put efforts on for a period of time, but the result does not meet our request yet.

These products are available in the UK. We can get any shape cut in the UniSub board, but there are obvious set up costs and minimum orders (depending on the size and how many can get cut from a full board).

Wasn't aware of that Martin ........................... is this the UniSub FRP like the door plates, or the UniSub Hard Board material like the placemats are made from?

Still looking for belt buckles, found some in the U.S. But the minimum order was huge.

Its the UniSub hardboard material - same as jigsaws, coasters, placemats etc

What's the set up charges in this and minimum orders Martin?

The idea is to have shapes such as cars, animals, fire engines etc that a template could be made for. You could then (or the person making the items, such as me) turn these blank products into various things from door plaques (with a name) to hangers for clothes, to key hangers etc.

Set up costs vary as do the minimum orders. Typically minimums are 100+.
The set up costs depend on how complex the image is. These are laser cut so a the image (your drawing to scale which you'll need to supply) needs to be digitised for laser cutting.

So they not avaliable in uk then if they not exist.
