The singles ones I have just now are from The magic touch, and the 6 ups are from Listawood

I've always used the single and 6 poly boxes from BMS and never had a mug break yet (apart from one with a slight crack that could be down to anything).
I can get a BMS European Mug plus the bubble wrap bag (for extra support) in one of the single boxes and then secure with fragile tape. The mug doesn't move a mm that way.
P.S you watch now, I'll have messages left right and centre of broken mugs!

I don't use poly boxes, I just use the double walled boxes and the only one that broke was sent to Dublin, took weeks to get there, got soaked, the box collapsed and the handle came off, wasn't a great loss as was only going to an ebay employee, as a wind up, lol

if it was me i'd re-use the full box they came in
it's not far off a full box and wrap each one in bubble and make the space up with extra bubble or news paper
i'd of thought most post offices would take that size box or a courier might be cheaper not sure
i'd defo wrap each one in bubble though because i've had 55 boxes of mugs delivered and everyone has had breakages in them so far
coral was the worst i pulled 4 out today with handle broken off

ive had about 20 boxes of mugs over the past year or so off coral and only ever had one chipped, failing that bms all the way for most our stock, never touch lovecut anymore, when i first started i did but costs too much, usually like putting my mugs in poly boxes for safety as i use couriers for postage parcels2go find us a cheap deal and pick them up

It for this reason that every one of our mugs are wrapped in bubble wrap direct from the factory to avoid damages in transit.
