Hi there
I am just trying to set up my printer for the first time...and I can't get past the comment "Printer not initialised - open printer preferences...." (along these lines...)

I have only installed the Sublijet Drivers...is that correct...?

Any help greatfully received!

Thanks

Are you not using the powerdriver ?

You will need to install the Ricoh printer first, using the Ricoh CD that comes with the printer. When asked to insert the cartridges, only put in the SubliJetR cartridges. Once the printer is installed then install the PowerDriver Software and register it.

I think Im sorted - but I did it the other way around :-| I installed the sublijet disc thinking thats all i needed to use, but then I installed the OEM disc and that seemed to do the trick! Just need to figure out the best printing methods now..!!!!!!!

Thanks again Martin, Scott & Co....!
