How would you go about putting the names in the numbers for a leavers hoody please?

And would this really work with vinyl, or is screenprinting better for it?

Just got a couple of ideas going round my head.

I've got an enquiry from a school in Munich of all places ( still not sure about the validity of it ) for leavers hoodies. I'm going to use subli-flock for the numbers with the names printed in

But how will you make all the names fit the numbers? Especially with it being 11? 10 would've been easy due to the size of the 0

The enquiry I have is only 30 names

That would be OK, but the school(s) I'm going to target have over 200 pupils per year group :O

be feasible

Would have to be small font. Must be feasible though given the number of companies who do it.

I know how much the local school got charged last year, and I'm sure I can do them cheaper, and still make a decent profit on them

screen print them

I'd need to outsource that Paul as I don't do screenprinting

Tried this and targeted a few schools then found out what competitors were charging, wouldn't even dirty a screen for it. Its normally sorted out by the peeps that do the school embroidery so check with them 1st.
