please help i'm just starting to use my new printer,B1100, i am new to all this.
the Artanium uv+ inks are installed and tried my first test print nothing came out.
tried nozzle checks/head cleaning but it doesn't print anything not pattens for the nozzle checks either.
i'm very worried this has cost me a lot of money and getting really stressed out.
please help! is it something simple or major?

Silly question, but have you got it connected to your PC and plugged in and the drivers installed?

I would quickly put in the original carts to make sure the printer is fine (should be, but worth checking). If this prints fine then the issue can only be with the refillable carts. Have you filled these yourself or got them from a company that has pre-filled them. Are these the genuine two part Sawgrass refillables or from a third party? On refillables, have you removed the tape to allow air back into the cartridge (should be a removable strip on the top of the cart or something similar).

hi,
i no longer have the originals ~(silly me i know) sold to raise more funds.
i'll remove one of the plugs and do another nozzle check to see what happens.
