Morning

Anyone know where I can get one of these from please?

Am getting fed up with pinks on screen coming out lilac/purple on paper, though it doesn't happen all the time.

So definitely time to get the profile sorted I think, unless someone knows of another reason why I'm having this problem.

Thanks

Sorry Paul, it's the Ricoh GX7000.

I've got the sawgrass profile already installed.

Strange thing is, if I do a test print on my laser it comes out pink, yet when I print from the ricoh I get colour problems :(

No worries Paul, going to have a noset on Apples site and see if I can find anything

(don't really know what I'm doing with this as I'm not the techy in this house)

The profile on the Mac is the same as the PC. Have you looked on the CD that came with the Sawgrass settings as I believe there are settings on that for the Mac. ICC colour profile should be on the CD as well as instructions on how to set it up.

Erm, didn't look on the disc, lol, I blame my hubby for that, as he's the techy one in this household.

Still baffled why getting different output with different printers

Just about every printer will give a different output unless you have everyone specifically profiled. Just about every ink/ toner has a different colour balance hence the different outputs.
