Out of Gamut, ICC profile issue?

hi Guys,
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction before I chuck everything out of the window.
Been printing a while, mostly mugs which are fine. I have also done glass chopping boards, coasters, clocks etc, all with no issues until this week.
The mugs are still ok, but all the glass stuff is too dark and very yellow. I thought I was overcooking them, so I played around with the settings... now they aren't as dark but a bit washed out - and still yellow.
I've tried different settings in photoshop, perceptual etc, no change. I tried a different ICC profile, one for my small printer, and although the out of gamut warning did not show, those colours too were washed out.
I at first thought it was the different make of coaster, but comparing that to an mdf one that I know prints fine showed the same result, so probably not the coaster itself.
I've attached a photo of the end result of the latest test. The only one that isn't yellow is washed out....
If anyone has any ideas, I'd be really grateful, thank you.
Edited to add, I use a MAC, an Epson 14100 printer, along with Ink Experts paper and ink. Correct ICC profile for that combo.
