Re: Cyan horizontal hairline prints Ricoh 7100dn

Hello, I have Ricoh 7100dn- cyan hairlines go across the page- different images have different line placement-
* This is not a banding issue- it is extra unwanted cyan lines about .25 pt thick running horizontally across pages in the image and non image areas
the following troubleshooting steps have been completed to no avail:
all built-in alignment and cleaning functions that can be done through the printers keypad and LCD
cleaned the clear horizontal encoder strip
cleaned the encoder wheel
cleaned the feed belt
Capping station and surrounding areas cleaned
24 hour headsoak with water/cleaning solution mixture
nozzle check pattern is perfect
The lines appear through on board prints as well as prints sent from a computer.
It had been sitting for a length of time but is working fine except for the horizontal cyan lines
