Hi all, I'm hoping someone can assist me. I've purchased a Sawgrass SG800 to get started in Sublimation with my daughter and I cannot install the printer to my laptop due to no driver coming with the printer from eBay. Does anyone have a driver or know where I can obtain one please, I've tried googling for hours with no luck, I was hoping someone who has the same printer would be able to copy their file maybe. Hoping someone can assist. Thanks Paul

I believe you need the Sawgrass Manager software but someone else will hopefully be along soon to advise. I don't think you can run the Sawgrass printers without as this manages the icc profiles for you,

Hi Justin, thanks for your speedy response. I have downloaded the utility manager and when clicking the driver downloads link it says fail. I have emailed Sawgrass too but I'm hearing they don't do the driver on the utility Manager anymore. Thanks

I have an SG800 and it runs from the printer utility downloaded from the Sawgrass website - the printer wasn’t supplied with any software.
