SG500 showing low ink levels

On Sawgrass print utility my ink levels on sawgrass print utility are showing 0% but on the printer they show as half full, when I did a printout it came with a diamond shaped grid, anybody know what the problem might be

I spent ages with the good people at Sawgrass, they wanted pics and a whole lot of info still nothing worked. I solved the problem by myself just a matter of refreshing the carts on print utility. I would have thought Sawgrass would know of this simple fix

The diamond-shaped grid you are seeing in the printout could indicate an issue with the print head or ink flow. Run a nozzle check and, if necessary, perform a printhead cleaning from the printer's maintenance menu to resolve any blockage issues.
