Hi - any advice appreciated.

The jute bags with front white fabric pocket for printing. Having a bit of a mare to avoid cold spots near top of pocket and feel like we have tried everything. Half will come out perfectly and half have cold spots in red area on picture.

Top panel and handles are out of press. Using cut down rubber press base inside bag and also inside the pocket itself and still happening.

180degrees 150secs on Adkins press. No cold spots on press.

Thanks for any pointers!

If you are using platen rubber inside the bag/pocket then it needs to be centred on the platen to keep even pressure. If it is of centre there the heat press won't close evenly, possibly leaving a gap on one edge.
If you can't centre the print just place a small piece of platen rubber on the other edge of the press to even things out.

Thanks  We had been putting the extra rubber at other side of press but moving it into the middle and cutting down the mats so handles weren't raised has done the trick. Appreciate your help!
