I was just wondering if anybody is currently using BMS or knows if they are still a viable option?
I've tried contacting them several times over the last few months but never had any response.
Looking at some of the reviews online, it seems like I'm not alone, with some reviewers claiming to have ordered items which never arrived / couldn't get a response.
It all appears to be since the business changed hands.

Website is still live, haven't heard anything from them in years, they went quiet after Martin sold up.

Goes to show that it is customer service rather than just the name that makes a business. BMS use to be a few miles away from us, in the olde days, and Scott was brilliant who made sure orders were always out on time and gave really good support. Once Martin sold the name then we jumped ship and never looked back.

Indeed. They were one of my first suppliers. Fast delivery and very knowledgeable if you needed advice or help. A shame really.
Maybe the buyer thought it would be easy money without taking into account all the work involved...who knows.
The domain is good until Jan 2025 so maybe just letting it expire.

I don't fancy the odds of receiving goods so will be staying away too.

Justin, if you're unable to contact them, it might be worth either removing them from the suppliers list (or adding a note) so other forum members and newcomers to the industry don't see it as a recommendation to order from them.

Based on recent reviews, some customers have had issues with communication and order fulfillment from a BMS that operates in a different industry,
