Hi, I've just joined and fairly new to sublimation but wonder if someone could give advice about enamel mugs please. Will any mug press work rather than an oven? I don't print a lot so if they are only decent in an oven it will help me make a decision about whether to persist with enamel. I use a mug press at the moment but the results are naff - think there might be cold spots as one side is better than the other. I was going to get a new press as I think the one I have has had it's day and saw recommendations for the st-130 - would this do ceramic / bone china and enamel? Many thanks for any advice.

We do enamel in the same mug press as we do ceramic. ST-130 mug press (MDP / SignzWorld). We use 175c and 185s if that helps.

Thanks very much - it's in my basket to buy

Can I ask where you get your enamel mugs from? I've used Longforte before but had an issue recently so I've been going through the threads on mugs and just wondered about other suppliers for enamel ones. Any advice much appreciated.
