So i am pressing a couple of High Vis jackets over the next couple of days.
They are like coats really but ive only done tees up to now.
They are Supertouch workwear and it says on the spec 300D Oxford PU coating (polyester i think)

I watched a video on youtube and they were pressing for a couple of seconds and removing the mylar then pressing for the normal 160 degrees at like 15 seconds.
Oh and using a teflon pad under the coat area and a teflon sheet over the top of everything
Is this the way to go .. Any tips ?

I just did'nt want to melt it or something stupid

If i don't mistake, on this kind of material you should use Rapid or Turbo flex.

The rapid flex can be used at around 165 for few seconds or around 135 for 15.

In my case, i prefer to stay around 135 degrees, 2 times 15 seconds. (before and after removing the mylar).
I do this on the Sport shirts and synthetics sweat shirts.
I always use teflon sheet over the top.

And if i have a zip, buttons or thick collar, i use and additional silicon 5/8mm sheet under and try to let the zip and the collar outside of the sheet (to avoir pressure marks).

You can also apply Dae Ha One Flex at the following settings:
120°C x 15 Sec
130°C x 10 Sec
140°C x 8 Sec
150°C x 5 Sec
