Epson L1800 Paper feed out of alignment / not printing square

As per title, I’m using mug paper ( 210 x 99 ) but the design is not printing square to the paper which means having to tilt the paper when taping it to the mug, which is nigh on impossible to get perfectly straight. :frown:

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Have you got the paper guides close enough to the paper in the feed tray?
The guides need to be just 1mm shy of touching the paper to stop it skewing when it runs throught the printer. If the guides are too tight it can lead to mis feeds or jams.
