Just wondering if I should purchase from them or not.

Never heard of them.
What do they sell that you can’t buy elsewhere?

If in doubt use a credit card so your covered.

It’s their film I would like to sample.

Happy to purchase but would rather get feedback first just in case I do end up going through all the faff

Yep, although that is sold on a few websites. However another member messaged me and had looked into the site and it is owned by them which gives me faith that they will be OK to order from.
