Looking for a semi rigid material that can either be Sublimated Latex printed, even inkjet printed possibly.

Sublimation I have found 0.35mm but this will probably be too thick. I've found business cards that are 0.2mm and hoping to test soon but will need larger sheets, A4, A3 maybe.

Very thin plastic would be ideal but needs to go through a printer whcih made me think of latex. I do have some 0.2mm material here which can only be UV but not ideal for this project.

Anyone any suggestions?

It's a while since I used it so can't remember what thicknesses it comes in but could be worth checking out Staufen or similar

Suppliers like Amari plastics will be able to help

Thank you, not something I've heard of but I see it on their site.

What did you use this for? Were you printing onto it?

Used to use it on a flatbed UV so I'm not sure if it will go through a roll feed printer or not

Various applications but we used it primarily for double sided door hangers for some of the larger builders

It is available in roll form for solvent printing which might be a longer term option.

I've just found this which gives a bit of a detailed spec (never used them though)

It does state UV, screen or litho though so might not be suitable

Funnily enough I was just looking at the same link lol.

Maybe not perfect but it gives me a possible option.

I'm looking at different print methods for this project anyway.

Good luck

A call to the likes of Amari or Pyramid should point you in the right direction for alternatives
