My Ricoh seems to have died a death and needs replacing.
I have two choices;
SawgrassSG500 or an Epson Ecotank ET 2814

I have read reports that Epson is prone to ink blockages if not used regulary,Is this true?

We run a range of printers and have two of the A4 Epson's, 2750 and 2850. Never get any blockages but as with all printers they need to be used regularly to avoid any issues.

Cheap as chips to buy and refil.

Stay away from SG500 - rubbish colour matching and cannot use custom profiles.

I am a member, could you confirm what level i.e is there a difference between ordinary member and a "Premium Member"?

Premium Membership gives you discounts with a number of suppliers, Xpres, Listawood, Ink Experts etc. on different products. Often 10% off paper, media and so on.
