DSF

Hi,
I recently purchased some 3G jet opaque for printing onto dark cotton t-shirts using sublimation/inkjet ink. The end result is good quality but it has a very heavy feel to the transfer.

Has anyone tried Duraflex (from Yolo) or Sublisheet (from MDP) and are either of these better?

None are perfect, and only give a very heavy hand. Some don't work well on polyester because the dye in the fabric will migrate through the vinyl. There are no really good sublimation solutions for dark fabric.
Your options are either to use a solvent printer for higher resolution digital images or DTF to replicate a screen printed image. It is viable to outsource transfer production - costs seem to be around £15 per linear metre ( 60cm wide).
