Hi all;
If you look at the mug I've just printed and the image I used, you will see that the text at the top is very faint.
Does anybody know why this is, also the red is a lot brighter than the actual image and his skin has a different tone
I print directly from Photoshop and let photoshop do the colour handling.
Thank you

Photoshop shouldn't be handling the colours you need to be using a profile.

What printer and inks are you using? Your supplier should have provided an ICC profile to allow you the correctly print the correct colours.

Have you switched off ICC profiles on the printer?

The printer I have is an ET14000 and using Sublisure ink, I did ask Ink Experts if I need to use their ICC profiles and they said not really if I'm just doing mugs. Is this incorrect?

Do you mean Sublinova inks? Yes, you must use a profile.

The label says Sublisure and they came with the printer

My apologies, wasn't aware they still supplied those.

No need to apolagise at all, I've noticed they do have ICC profiles on their site, will see if they make any difference.
