Please help!
I am using an Epson SC-F100, its always been great but for some reason my colours are not printing correctly. Last week I printed something and the blue was very pale, almost grey and for the last two days I have been trying to print gold and it is coming out bright yellow. I have done nothing different and the gold is the exact same hex code colour that has previously printed perfectly. Can anyone please help as after 2 days of wasted materials, i could cry!
Thanks in advance

Have you accidentally changed the settings in the print options.
What are you printing from? Photoshop, AI or some thing else?

I’ve tried Affinity and Gimp. I’ve checked the settings but as far as I know I’ve not done anything to them.

Is your source artwork saved as CMYK? It needs to be RGB before you print.

How would I even know that? It’s a logo from Canva

In Affinity click on the 'Document setup' tab and in the pop-up click on the colour tab. Make sure one of the RGB options is selected.

Have you performed a nozzle check?

yes, I’ve done every check possible. I’ve spoken to Epson today and they are trying to blame the paper that I’m using and have always used. I don’t accept that at all so I’m still stuck with an order I need to get out and no printer to make that happen!
