Hi, followed the instructions to a t but when I print, the image comes out much brighter. The image has lost a lot of detail where it Looks over exsposed.

I am using cs5 and it is setup exactly as instructed.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Are you using PowerDriver software or ICC profile to colour manage.

If PowerDriver then open the jpg image in any package - you don't need to be in CS5 to print with the Ricoh printers.

I'm using the power driver. Will the ICC profile give a better result? Also I am using the Xpres paper.

Are you referring to the picture on paper or when it has been transferred to a t-shirt? The image on paper will not look correct as it needs to be pressed into the substrate.

That's what it is then. I'm still waiting for my heat press from lovecuts!!

Wish I'd had the money to buy it from you. I would have had it now.
