I have been through a fair amount of stress with the whole process.

So…

Hermes website uploading a csv works fine for a while then decides to miss off details.
Parcel2go keeps charging me for overweight parcels when they are not. (More on this below)
Packlink was great but prices are higher than others after a few months you start to notice the loss.

Among others the prices are higher and integration requires a hefty subscription.
Who can recommend a platform with decent prices and customer service?

Overweight parcels.
I send a lot of mugs using parcel2go as it has a smart send function where it takes all the details from my stores and all I do is click purchase and print.

This is great and I even made the vip club with p2g.
Then once or twice a month I get an invoice for £4.95 for an undeclared weight.
Apparently this week a mug (just one) weighs 1.7kg I have disputed this once again but I’m not getting a response.

I have no choice but to pay it as it won’t allow me to proceed with any purchases.
im sick to death of the lying fraudulent claims made by Hermes shit system.

I know how it works and I know mistakes can be made but every month is a piss take.
is there no law to stop this happening?

They are forcing me to pay for a 1.7kg parcel which at most was 600g.
I have contacted via email and live chat with no response.

We've moved to Shipstation as a platform a few months back - feeds in our WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, NOTHS, as well as CSV uploads, and then we can tie in our Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD accounts into it
The only account lacking from it for us is DHL Parcel (AKA UKMail) which isn't on there, only proper DHL
