Ricoh SG3110dn - Misfeed error and can't clear it

My Ricoh SG311dn printer chewed up a print the other day. Now I can't get rid of the Misfeed error. I have looked all around the printer for any jammed paper but I can't find any. I even unscrewed the right side panel. I also removed the back "duplex" unit and I did find a small piece of lightweight plastic. I removed that and thought I had solved the problem. But the error still persists. I think something else is going on and I would like to just tell the printer to mind it's own business . Is there a way to just tell the printer to ignore the misfeed error?

Did you get any solution to this? We have the same fault / error and cannot clear it! And we've got orders backing up!
