I have just had a delivery of black interior / handle mugs and the black interior is, well black, the handles are hmmm blue! This is the first time in 8 years I have had a duff batch of mugs from Coralgraph and Henry replied within the hour and has arranged collection and refund, so in 8 years they have done well! It appears to be a problem with not just my delivery. So has anybody had a delivery recently that is black and black? If so from who? It's 11oz mugs I am after.

So the guy who painted the mug, the supervisor overseeing the operation, the quality control guys, the box packers, the buyer, the warehouse staff, the second lot of box packers. Nobody spotted a problem? They expect us to be their quality control.
