Be interesting to see how long they stop on there for, when their items appear in the same search list as far cheaper presses etc. Ebay is not the ideal venue for every business, as the site is extremely price sensitive, with people often looking for low cost bargains.

Have you seen the price of their Ricoh GX7000 on Ebay:eek: Comes in at £955.20 inc delivery. I know Ebay fees are expensive but that over £100 more than the same machine from us!

Same with the 1400. £600 from you, £707 from Xpres on eBay. Crikey!

Xpres were always one of the more expensive suppliers.

I chose them when I started out due to their support. On site installation and training and ongoing support were second to none. Remote assistance to check settings etc also very useful.

it's about 10% commission for ebay and 3% for paypal. But experienced ebayer will contact seller and buy outside ebay for less. that's the only way to fool ebay.
ebay is very unstable and silly market :/ good to buy but hard to sell.

That probably explains why they've been on ebay since July but only have 3 feedback.

The trouble is, unexperienced ebayers (like me) will just say "blimey, that's way too expensive" and then go to BMS.

2 of the feedbacks are for Mondeo parts which someone at Xpres had bought.
