Hello,

Our mug press broke down this morning. It turns on but won't heat up. Any idea's what we can do?

Hi Philip, I'm not an expert but it sounds like you need a new heat blanket. These should be available as a spare from where you bought the press.

yep. it sounds like a heat part. what about your other stuff in your press? time going ok? temps show fine?

sounds like it's had a heart attack

does it have a switch which connects when the mug sits on it? We just bought a double headed mug press and these switches are on the little pedastal that the mug sits on they are designed to stop the blanket burning out if left without as mug in but to be honest they are a pain in the back side i ripped mine out and bypassed them

I'm not sure what the problem was, the company we bought the press sent another press out.
