Listawood can't even get me a log in yet never mind my order hope they pick up the phone soon or I'll go through the bank for my money back. (£10.50 for next day I paid last Wednesday)

Also testing Coralgraph too but only ordered Friday on the parcel 24 service.

Also ordered from Xpress Friday on standard shipping and that arrives tomorrow! Think I'll ring the bank tomorrow definitely abouthe payment to Listawood, definitely lacking professionalism and can't help but think it's a scam company up to now.

I know how you feel. One garment supplier delivered from Spain before Ralawise even picked my order. Both ordered the same day.

Nothing worse PW66, best thing is I ordered a decent amount of stuff from Coralgraph on standard delivery for £6:50 so didn't expect that till after Christmas and just got a text saying that's arriving tomorrow! Ordered after Listawood and cheaper postage! Be the first and last time for them.

Very odd. I ordered from Ralawise last Friday and it arrived here in Germany this Wednesday. Thats pretty good considering the problems that exist these days. Local suppliers take one or two days.

Just got an update six days later, Listawood order has been slashed from £140+ order to £50 with no mugs and order cut down to two items (face masks and mousemats) still charging me £10:50 for next day delivery and still took the full money out and not refunded me the money.
They will be on the block list and I'm cancelling the full order.. useless company wish I asked sooner as I've found out from research that they are the worst company for it!


Just finished on the call and they blamed the mug shortage for my missing tees and about 3 other none mug products they failed to have�� hahaaa what a shit company, unorganised, unprofessional and I'm glad we have plenty of other options to go to! Tried five other companies and not one issue, only company to fail at it's only job is Listawood.. even etsy has a stock quantity option so you don't sell what you don't have! Wonder if they will have the audacity to reply in here or if they will be sat in a corner counting all the money they have stolen.

Ray i'm expecting coralgraph mugs today and they have kept me up to date via emails too like a real company so look forward to trying them! Also to note i was not expecting these to arrive this quick with the cost of delivery and our current times but they have suprised me!
