Hello,

I have printer Ricoh 3110dn. Today when I printed one photo, photo came out totaly strange (not clear). This is first time for me and I tried to change setting once again but result is the same.

I use Sublisplash colors, I have ICC profile and I'm working in Photoshop. I also tried to change setting: IMAGE - MODE - RGB or CMYK but result is the same. I also do nozzle check.

Does anyone have idea what to do and which setting I must check once again? I must finish one order so I will be happy for your help!

Regards,

Anze

What’s wrong with It?
until pressed it will not look anything like the original picture.

It could be the bit rate. Under the area where you changed from RGB to CMYK, you have options for 8 bits, 16 bits and 32 bits.

If this is a screenshot from a new iPhone, they're now 16 bit which can cause this issue. Change it to 8 bit or vice versa for something different thing to try.
