I have just notified eBay of over 100 designs of mine where this shop has copied my design, image and title. You may want to check for yours! https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/micvin9

Not sure what eBay will do about it is the first time I have had such a blatant copy, anyway they have every link. So I shall wait and see what happens. Hopefully as they have just copied it from eBay site the copy will be obvious.

They won’t do shit mate.
This happened to me (different seller though) the cheeky git even copied my listing descriptions.
I messaged him several times and had no response.

Ebay weren’t interested they just told me to fill out a vero form which is useless.
I got so wound up after he copied around 12 of my listings and even undercut my prices by £3 per mug.

I don’t sell on eBay anymore now and I’m not going back.

Buy mug. Open ebay case wanting refund when received. Leave bad feedback. If someone stole my copyright designs I would go ape sh*! On them.

I had this happen to me just last month' reported to eBay live chat and eBay removed the sellers listings.

I've never really understood this.

You say someone on ebay has 'nicked your designs.' Where from? Surely all they have nicked are your ideas, your actual designs shouldn't appear on an ebay page except as a mockup, which is no good for printing. Whoever 'nicked your designs' would still have to reproduce them all full size at an acceptale resolution for printing, which would still entail a hell of a lot of work for them if many designs were involved.

It would be no work at all really all you have to do is trace in illustrator create a vector and the jobs done 10 minutes max. It's a hell of lot faster than coming u with your own ideas designing and then creating an ebay listing with all details.

Are you serious? Why don't we all just copy all the Liverpool stuff etc and just point out you feel it's fine. :rolleyes:
