Hello,

Not been on this site in a long time but I need a bit of help.

I have changed computers and I need the sg800 powerdriver. I've been registered to the Sawgrass site since 2015 / 2016 (I received a marketing survey from them as recently as Nov 12th this year) but they won't let me log into their website, when I request a new password they say there is no account registered to my email account - I have owned 2 Ricoh printers, one of them is dead but the sg800 is still going. Both of them have been registered to the sawgrass site but it seems like they've deleted my account and I can't get the software that is needed to run the printer :mad:

I have emailed them and got no reply.

Any help is appreciated

I had similar issues my 3110 when i moved to a new pc.

I opend a support ticket from https://supportdesk.sawgrassink.com/en/support/home.

I was then sent the software and password i hope that helps

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to give them a few more days to get back to me. If they don't respond I'll set up a new account with them and see if I have any joy with a support ticket.
