Google “Best Sub Poland” as I think they sell them.
They are a reliable supplier that I have dealt with many times.

I spoke with them yesterday but unfortunately they don't have this type of socks.

The only problem isn't the cotton base, but also the type of sock. Those are football socks (if you stretch them, they reach to the knee) and they have horizontal black stripe in the top.
