Has anybody ever used them? Tried to search but couldn't see anything?

Yes Nick, we've used them a fair few times, including recently with pallet deliveries all on time.

Do they usually tell you in advance when it will be delivered? Just worried I might not be about and a pallet will turn up!

They don't have any stock and I placed a large order on Friday and haven't heard back yet.

I spoke to somebody on Monday who said they have plenty of stock and the system is linked into the site so it shows realtime what they have?

That's the reason I went above and beyond to meet the minimum order amount, going to be a bit gutted if they don't have stock after it all.

They have 2-3 websites with different minimum orders and prices, but I always order via email. They are launching a new site in January from memory.

Have been trying to get through to them today to find out when the order will be delivered.

No answer to emails from Friday about it and the phone is off the hook I think.

A bit worried with the orders still rolling in but no mugs to make them with. Squeaky bum time.

I don't suppose anybody has any alternative contact numbers?

Pretty annoyed at waiting in all day and cancelling other things and nobody even having the courtesy to let me know not to bother, where my order is, if I am going to even get it, what the status is.
