Hi hope all is well, hope you can help

I am using an Epson Stylus S21, which despite a few negative comments seems to be a decent printer for sub start up, but remember the ear plugs!

Anyway, I purchased this from a friend and it is running Sawgrass Artainium ink but Sawgrass Tech. don't support this printer and I really need an Epson D88 ICC profile in order to perfect the print.

Can anyone help?

You can get the D88 profile off the Sawgrass site, just scroll down further to the list of printers no longer supported.

Thanks for this, unfortunately I use a Mac and they don't have this for download. I did contact them but I need to purchase ink from one of their suppliers before they can provide the profile.

I would have thought they would supply you with the profile seeing as you're using official inks, did you tell them it was for the S21?

No I didn't, I obtained the printer from a friend and he included the inks. Reading on other posts I understand that they don't do profiles for the S21 as they don't support this printer. The closest to this was the D88.

They should give you the profile as the inks were bought from one of their official suppliers. One of the suppliers on here may be able to help. I might have the profile myself but won't be home until later tonight.

can anyone explain whats the diferent in icc from pc and mac??

I think I just found the answer good reading here
