Hi Everyone

Hope this message finds you well..

So glad i found this forum, Its the 1st forum I've every joined & has already been a handy pointer after only reading a handful of post...

Ive worked as a photo retoucher for the past 13 years but before that was the production floor manager for a well know online photo/ photo gift company, mentioning no names but they put your photos in a box.. ;P

Im looking to start a small print shop & within it produce small sublimation gift items. Even though I've produced loads in the past it was a quite few years ago now and have become rusted from being outside of the loop.

We used to have a Adkins heat presses and an A2 epson sub printer (cant remember the model now) but im not able to set up with the same budget as my previous employers, will be really grateful of any pointers towards budget presses, set up kits, media, etc.

All the best

Brian

Welcome and talk with the helpful guys at inkexperts.co.uk for printer and brilliant inktec sublinova smart sublimation inks. Join this forum for £10 for 10% off them and other suppliers. Xpres or Listawood perhaps for press ideas.

Thanks UK Printed Mugs much appreciated, i've just signed up, seems like a win win choice to me =)

We used Xpres in my previous work, their supplies are brilliant though my budget is low so i'm hoping to find out if there are lower budget entry level equipment that others have tried and tested and found to be good little work horses, cheers, Brian
