Worth having a look at absoluteapparel.co.uk who have quite a range of polyester shirts.

We like the Gildan GD4200 which is very soft and prints beautifully. It's worth noting that you don't need the "sub" version and that they have matching versions for ladies and childrens fittings.

We have also just got the Classic brand to try. This is exclusive to Absolute and a bargain £1-25 although it does feel like polyester and may not appeal to all.

The other thing worth considering is that Gildan have a slightly better size range and the actual measurements are more generous than "matching sizes" of other brands.

Try a company called Prestige Leisure. They stock lots of different makes.

btc activewear are good also and I find them to be generally cheaper. I get discounts on bulk orders and common used items of around 6-12% depending on the order size.
