Hi,
I ordered some mugs from coralgraph yesterday supposedly next day shipping.
I've received no confirmation via email that they have processed my order, so went back on the site and its status is "processing" tried ringing to enquire and both phone numbers are just ringing out.
I don't know if this is normal for coralgraph, has anybody else used them .

I've found Coralgraph to be very good. A lot of companies are stuggling whilst having to cope with Covid-19 restrictions etc.

Not for mugs, but I've used Coralgraph for other sub items and found them to be very good, both in the quality of the items and speed of delivery.

Got the mugs today . Feeling more relaxed.
First impressions , they have a real weighty feel to them and very bright white.
Had a problem with them at first, they do not like ink experts paper, leaving a blotchy finish in the halogen 12 mins 180-200°c.
So after scratching my head decided to use the mug press, still slightly blotchy.
Luckily I'd bought some A-sub 120g paper , you have to be delicate with it because the ink takes a while to dry, used this in the mug press usual settings , when finished I removed the paper and had a shock , it looked like I'd removed the ink with the paper , but on inspection it was a residue , cleaned it off and the finish is brilliant , no bleed, and really sharp colours.
Even a cheap generic mug press has given really good results.
Just took a good while to find the sweet spot.
