A tape machine that cuts 2cm pieces ready for use is the best thing ever.
I have had mine for Around 3 years now and it’s the best thing I have ever bought.

Rotary press

A blood pressure monitor!

A vintage nipping press to flatten placemats. Can do about 20 at a time. No more tripping over heavy boxes littering the floor!

Do you need to put pressure on them after heating then?

Oh that is a nice bit of kit.

Yes, constant workflow for printing fabrics - rather than the stop start of a flat bed press, which also means (with a matching size printer) you can print he fabric roll full width.

I dread to think what that cost

We have a 43" wide one we bought about 6 years ago for £1500, and a 63" one which we got for about £600 ... both on Ebay
New, they should have been in the £10-20K range

The Heat Jet 43" one was pretty well used, but well looked after, originally an ex-demo machine from RA-Smart, but after that was mainly printing flag IIRC

The 63" is a South Korean import (unbranded version of a HeatJet) was sitting in a dog bed factory unused for around 10 years, after a change of mind in the management that they didn't want to bother with the idea of doing personalised dog beds anymore. They said they'd printed one poly duvet cover as a test when they first got it, and then it just sat collecting dust - which seems to be true considering the condition it was in, inside and out!

(We have a lot of kit, but very little of it has been bought new, and most came from Ebay as ridiculous bargains.)
